Good day, everyone!
Friends, what is this !? In the store category catalog, when you go to a category, you cannot open the store page? Message:
"Unable to access the site. Could not find the server IP address cgi6.ebaystores.com.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN "
And so in all categories. You can get to the catalog page from seler hub, and further by categories, see this message.
We can enter to the Ad through the seller hub, but you cannot enter the listing by category.
What is a problem ???
Thanks in Advance.
Regards.

Your store is totally broken. When I click on your store categories, its opening the links in new tabs. When I click on category links in your store, I am getting a broken page that doesn't redirect properly. Something else I noticed, the url's are unencrypted for the pages of your store that do load.
My best guess is you're using the old store format and never got updated to the new one, or you're using some third party layout, or possibly some glitch in ebay's servers.
I would try and edit your store and see if you can change the layout from there. If that doesn't work then contact support.

From seller hub, click on the marketing tab, look and see if you find a link that says "Update Your Store", or edit store.

Hey!
Thanks for answers.
Yes, there was a store design through 3dseler App. But the Catalog is posted on eBay Manager. And now, if you go to the eBay Store Manager, all the categories and subcategories of the catalog are visible, but after updating the Store in the store they are not visible.

Everything changed.
The design of the store from 3Dseller is gone.
There is a new design from eBay, but there is no catalog.

Great you got it working! I see no broken links, and your URL's are properly encrypted now.
As for categories, it looks like ebay overwrote your custom categories with standard categories. You can still use custom categories though. Go to your store and click on manage store near the top right of the page, then on the next page scroll down and click edit store, then scroll to the bottom and you're see "Category Type"; here you can choose to use your own custom categories if you like.
Its a good thing you got updated too, because Google wont index your store with the old links that were unencrypted, which means you were potentially losing sales from Google shopping and search.
The only downside is you can't use the third-party app for your layout it seems. But it was better to update given the circumstances.
