Casual seller just started a new store, products and categories not appearing

Opened a store https://www.ebay.com/str/Wasabi-land?_trksid=p2047675.l2563 today and started setting it up. I have done setting up all the categories and also revised all my active listings to those store categories created... however none of the listing and category are appearing in my store view. Is there a waiting period? 

 

The listing frame is appearing on the products, however when you click through to browse the store or a category it displays a "0 results shown in all categories" message.

 

I've searched these boards for an answer and this appears similar to problems other have had with viewing it from a country they don't ship to, however after I set my shipping location to US (all my items ship to US) still nothing , so doubt that is the cause. Please can anybody help.

I'm sure that the problem is caused because you don't ship to Hong Kong but if you change your location at the top of the page, it doesn't always work properly. You should be able to see your listings if you go into one of the listings through my ebay or sellers hub,  click on shipping tab and change location to the US and enter a zip code...I use 92210. Click on see rate and then click on see other items....you might need to refresh the page.

 

Also...when you are not shipping from within the US,  instead of using the generic 'standard shipping' as that denotes that you are shipping from within the US.  You should use one of the generic terms 'shipping from outside of the US' or 'shipping from China/Hong Kong etc'  That should also give you a longer estimated arrival time frame.

Allow up to 24 hours for the listings to index in your store. If you still have problems after that then come back and ask for help.

 

Also - I can see 30 items in your store along with a handful of store categories.

You have to click on the little door by your feedback number to see your "store"

 

In it, I see four store categories 

Lego

Chogokin

Japanese Anime Toys

Others

 

They all have items in them.

 

I think, but I'm not sure, that if you created other store categories but do not have a listing in them yet that they won't show up until they have something listed in them.
