Cant send Invoice, items not found in store

Cant send an invoice to buyer, buyer searched in my store with keyword and items not showing up.  Please tell me what is wrong with my account. Everyday its something new, items missing from store, buyer cant search in store, ghost offers, signing in every 10 minutes, cant bulk edit etc.  ., why?  Ive called ebay c.s. many many too many times and nothing has ever changed. Something is wrong and I want it fixed. I keep having an ebay rep say "ill look into it" but nothing ever changes.

I see 807 live listings. What item in particular is missing?

some buyers have messaged me that when they search for a certain item using the name in title they dont show up.  buyer had to go thru all the maps to find it. defeats the purpose of a search bar.

Not sure. I took one of your listings that was on page 9 or 10 if you click view listings, which shows 807 results. I grabbed a part of the title united states map killing frost. A main search and a store search both brought up 5 of your maps. The listing I was looking at was one of the 5. In the main search all 5 of your maps were at the top with no competition.

I'm not sure if that helps any or not.

Buyer scrolled thru all the maps and purchased it. He searched by a keyword in the title and it wasnt showing.  No offense but I need it to show when a buyer is searching in my store not just when someone on the boards checks it out. happens at least once a week, always.

So you really don't want proof someone here can find your item even though you say some random buyer cannot. OK, it's your belief, we could have helped you to see the item is there.

Wow really? Read the post . I said it didn't show up in my store by searching for it with a title word. Not that it wasn't showing.

So if all of us can find it but your buyer can't,

you don't think that maybe it's a buyer issue and not a ebay issue?  DA

What did  you find?  Never even said the items name or title so how did you find that specific item? As Ive said 3 times now the buyer searched for a certain map with a keyword in the title in my store in my stores search bar and it didnt show up. So he scrolled through the listings and found it and purchased it.   I didnt say my item wasnt showing. Please read before responding.

A customer was browsing in your store, found a map he liked and bought it.

Then it would no longer be in your store, because the store is where things are for sale

Things that are sold are not in your store.

What am I missing here?

Hello?  That's what we were asking you but you never answered us!

We want to show you that we can in fact find it and that perhaps the problem is with the buyer, not ebay.

Look, I'm only trying to help you. It's obvious that you don't want my help so i'll stay out of it.
