Cant send an invoice to buyer, buyer searched in my store with keyword and items not showing up. Please tell me what is wrong with my account. Everyday its something new, items missing from store, buyer cant search in store, ghost offers, signing in every 10 minutes, cant bulk edit etc. ., why? Ive called ebay c.s. many many too many times and nothing has ever changed. Something is wrong and I want it fixed. I keep having an ebay rep say "ill look into it" but nothing ever changes.

Obviously he searched by keyword 1sr so he would not have to scroll thru all the lsitings. It didn't show in the search so he scrolled thru all my items till he found it.

I welcome help. but you need to read my post. You are thinking that im saying my item isnt showing up on ebay search. Not at all what Ive said 3 times now. I get a message at least once a week asking if I have a certain item, i tell them to go to my store and search the keyword of the item(place name for map) and i get a message saying they dont see that it doesnt come up in my store. I then send them the item number and they find it. Im saying that the search bar in MY store doesnt always show items in my stores search results(not ebay My Store) even though the words are at the front of the title. As I said I welcome help but you just are stuck on "my items arent showing on ebay".

We would like to know the words they are using to search, but you seem reluctant to tell us that for some reason.
For example, if a buyer is searching for a map of the Gobi Desert, when he uses "Gobi Desert" in his search, is he saying that map doesn't come up?

As I've said 2 times he already purchased it. It was a map of Pueblo and when he searched Pueblo in MY store it didn't show up. He did the same thing yesterday and my other map of Pueblo showed but not when he searched by it this morning.

And yes he searched for the Keyword Pueblo and it didn't show in my store. Had one listed yesterday and listed another this morning. He purchased both.

All I can say is, if the individual in question comes to your store to see if you have something, but doesn't know that you do or what he is looking for (just browsing) then that really sucks and is a problem.
If the individual knows what they are looking for (you tell them "I have X in my store ... go buy X") and they can't find it in a search, you can always send them a direct link/URL to the listing. This also works if it's a new listing that hasn't indexed yet and isn't searchable... a direct link by-passes all of that and I use that method often for custom order listings intended for a specific buyer and already negotiated/"Sold".
I understand it was in your store but just not showing up with keyword search (for all we know the buyer typo-ed it).
The reason there is a lot of confusion on this thread is this is a common problem usually due to delayed indexing with new listings.

All you have to do is give them the item number, put it in the search bar and voila!

Nothing to do with indexing. It happens once a week. Usually when it happens I just send them either the link or item number. I've show screenshots to ebay tech dept last year and they said it was a glitch.

That's usually what I have to end up doing. Thank you

So you had two maps of Pueblo.
He bought one.
When he searched your store for Pueblo the other one turned up.
Just to be clear, was he searching specifically in YOUR store or just Pueblo generally?
Because it's been my experience that when I buy something, more of the same show up in my Searches. And if I buy from a given seller, I will see more items from that seller.
Which might be (might because anecdote is not data) the algorithm rewards browsers when they stop at something.
Meanwhile, if I run a Search, but do not stop/view anything, then run that Search again, I get a slightly different mix of items, possibly because there are a lot of things that match my keywords, and the ones I have already seen appear to have been rejected. So the algorithm doesn't show those again.
Had one listed yesterday and listed another this morning. He purchased both.
We are told that there can be a 24 hour delay in indexing new listings. If you listed the second this morning it uploaded fast.

My items usually show up on eBay within 30 minutes or less, but that's just the map category. It indexes fairly fast but others categories don't. It happens once a week and mostly with items that have been on for a while. We experience a lot of weird tech issues , this morning I couldn't send an invoice and that happens a few times a week, and it's never been fixed.

Beautiful stamps by the way.

A search of recent completed items in your store containing the word pueblo turns up seven results:
