Hey folks in 20 years Ive yet to encounter this problem. Trying to list a game code..............yeah yeah I know and understand game codes. This is the "Fortnite Deep Freeze Bundle" for the playstation 4 platform. I have sold quite a few of them. There have been 100s sold on ebay by other sellers. Im able and authorized to buy these wholesale and resell them. Im getting the ----"-It looks like there's a problem with this listing.This item is not permitted under the Mailing Lists and Personal Information policy."

Yes I have read the entire policy. Not one thing in this policy has anything to do with this item. There is no solicitation for any personal information, credit cards, accounts etc. Basically the buyer opens this safe and sealed case and uses the access codes to gain access to game items and play, just as they would buying this product retail from a store. In this case I am the retail store.

Any ideas why mine is getting kicked out yet others are listing and selling safely?

You might have been reported and now you're on the bots radar. I wouldn't keep trying to relist them, could lead to a permanent ban.

why does this appear to eBay as a mailing list is the question you should be asking.

Please list title and description you are trying to use.

No info to a listing or sales of such items please.

Your listing is probably getting hung up on one of these restrictions-

Accounts that require users to send passwords (for example, to sell access to the next level of social media games)
Social media items such as "accounts", "likes", "followers", or "subscribers"

A lot of virtual game items are sold that require buyers to give their account info to get access to whatever they bought. Or if it's the latter then the system could think you're selling an account for some reason.

Either there's an issue with the wording you're using that's triggering the bots- or your account is flagged so eBay is restricting your ability to list.

Are you authorized by eBay to sell virtual game codes?

Ken the answer is "Maybe not". I never applied to sell digital goods here. That use to not be a thing and if it was passed through without me noticing it then its possible I missed it. That being said..........when I see dozens of sellers with 50 or less feedback selling the same stuff with highly less likely chances to have the authorizations I have then its most likely that someone just decided to "report and push me outta their way".

I have no problem providing invoices but I have not the time or desire to force my final value fees into ebays pockets when I just listed them on the river for $7 more than they sell here and sold them in 5 minutes. Already shipped them out this morning. So once again........problem solved by the seller and it looks like yet another category of my sales ebay has decided to gift to one of their competitors lol. $20k listed here, $350k getting wet, 50k on the "books", $50k on 2 other ebay like spots. <shrug> "Please dont throw me in that briar patch."
