Why cant we get a hold of Ebay customer service all of a sudden. For sellers that pay the subscription fee of $299 month is supposed to be able to call ebay anytime. Now when i call i get a message stating that it is after hours when its not. What the hell is going on with Ebay? I need to talk to an agent to get a customer refunded. Some things we don't have the option to do and need Ebay to step in. I guess the customer will have to wait but then it looks like Im the bad seller. Come on ebay and get it together. I need to talk to agent and I need to cancel that subscription I pay of $299 a month since its for nothing except $150 in free materials every 3 months.

If you call too many times you may lose your privileges to get hold of an agent.

Why would you pay for an Anchor Store with 346 listings? Not worth it. Dedicated phone support isn’t worth that either. You should definitely downgrade your subscription.
