Cant buy the shipping label I set my item up for

This is happening over and over. Item I set up for USPS ground but after the sell I'm not able to purchase the label. Can't get Ebay to figure it out. Please someone help me before I have to leave Ebay. Happens almost everyday. I didn't have this problem last year so not sure what to do. Ebay said they would have there tech team look at it but isn't resolved. Please Help. Charlie

If it's for a close zone, you can't print an online label for USPS parcel select(ground).

But the price for priority is about the same.

Not sure what you mean by "close zone" and it's not offering priority. Showing the buyer selected Large flat rate envelope witch I did not offer.
Not offering anything but flat rate shipping. Not even offering FEDEX or anything I can use. My item is under 2 lbs. 6x6x8..

I can't see any reason to ship a 2 lb package of that size via USPS with anything other than Priority mail---unless it is perfume or a hazardous material that must ship ground.   I looked at your listing of troll dolls and see you offered parcel select ground--why?

When you print the label, I'm not sure what you are seeing.  There is a place to click on see other options and also a spot to switch to carrier packages under package types, which also gives more shipping options.  Could you provide a screen shot of what you see (black out addresses).

There are zone restrictions on Retail Ground but not on Parcel Select Ground.  As you noted, the price for Priority Mail would be about the same as Parcel Select.

I don't have a solution for eBay's latest glitch, but I do have a workaround: You can purchase labels through PayPal for either Parcel Select Ground or Priority Mail.  If you item isn't something that MUST travel by ground (e.g., hazmat) then you should compare the cost for Parcel Select vs Priority because the difference is 30 cents or less.
