I have a few listings and have updated all of them with the add a best offer option. They are fixed price listings not auctions.
All except one of the listings which is the same in every way from a template perspective to the rest.
There is 15 items left. None appear to be in any carts or sold awaiting payment. There is a week to go on the listing before auto renew.
What could the problem be because the Ebay help suggests stuff that isn't a factor in this listing.
