This happened a couple of days ago, whether on my mobile app or desktop comupter. When I go to see my views, its shows 0, even though theres watchers. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes It is back, this is a known glitch that STILL has not been fixed or addressed. this happened to me last month at some point for about a week then went away. Now it is back again for me starting 3 days ago. My theory is it all depends on the SERVER you have been switched over to. like we are constantly getting shifted to different servers for different locations or certain algorithyms. I am back on the one with this Glitch just like yourself. Don't hold your breath to long waiting for a fix as this has been going on for quite awhile now. It is not important to the IT department.

I have the same problem. I FEEL BLIND WITHOUT VIEWS (excuse the pun). Is there no other way to capture views. Used to be a seperate app years ago that did this.

I called e bay yesterday morning . They are aware of the problem and have been trying to fix it . I was given an estimated time of July 4th or possibly sooner before its resolved . Tulips

I feel blind as well . I need the view count to be able to determine if I should make any changes . If there are no views then I assume there aren't too many buyers in the market interested enough to click for a closer look . However now with view counter malfunction its impossible to tell anything . I called e bay about this yesterday . They've been made aware of the issue and are working to resolve it by July 4th . I figure out how to fix it. I decided to update my listings and it fix it after 2 trys. so i am guessing there is a bug in updating your listings. sometimes when i update my listing and there is no problem with the views it starts to have problems... so update your listing around 2 times and it should fix it self.

This has been a glitch that has been recurring for years. It will usually clean itself up.
There are millions of people on eBay at any given time...... Seller's and Buyer's alike. A minor glitch with that overload is to be expected.
Not to worry, it will not obstruct views of your listing(s).
With that said; views (or watchers) mean little. It's the number of sells for your item(s) that a seller should be more concerned with.
Views and watcher numbers are extremely inaccurate and misleading.

You need to get used to it, with catelog and landing pages I think views will be a thing of the past before too long.

Mine just shows dashes. A few days ago, all of my listings showed zero views, even though some had watchers, and 2 had bids. But that was just once in the last week. They've otherwise been dashes. This has been the case with the new screen and the classic view.
Agreed, views let me know about interest in an item. For example, if a DVD has a lot of views, but no bids, I'll relist it at a lower price. But if it has few or no views, I'm better off selling it to a used book or music store.

"Learn to live with It", is just about the worst response I've seen. I don't think so. What are we paying Ebay for? They must think they own us, the customer, the ones who provide their salary. I've always believed that when Ebay shopped the Nerd Farm they picked a bad crop. A bunch of "techies" entertaining themselves making unneccesary changes and costing us money , not helping us where we need it. The best response i've seen is the call to Ebay and getting an approx fix date around July 4th, of course that would be the usual IT estimate meaning hopefully some time this fall. Do I have an attitude?

This seems to be an on-going issue of eBay. It happens so often for me that I started to ignore it. It's happening right now as we speak and has been happening for the past two weeks or more. However, I wouldn't tell people to just "deal with it". I can tell it's bothering a lot of sellers.
