Cant Access Account Settings?

I noticed about a week ago that I cant click on any of the tabs once I enter my account settings. At first, I thought it was maybe just a glitch but I’ve tried opening it under google chrome and safari on both my computer and phone. I really want to access my seller account but the mouse turns into a typing pointer whenever I hover over any selection.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you recently received any notifications in your eBay messages about signing up to managed payments?

Try clicking on just "Seller Account". I see an i there. I wonder if there is a message there that you need to do something. Good luck.

This appears to be the case. Just in looking at a couple of OP's listings, I see that they're apparently not yet registered for them.

Cant Access Account Settings?

I've received emails to sign up for Payoneer and I submitted my documents for review. I got a text message earlier that I still need to submit more documents but when I log in to Payoneer and click "Verification Center" I have no open requirements left and it says all my documents are "under review" for the last few weeks.

Hi,

 

I spent a lot of time and effort because of the same problem. This can happen to users who do not speak English as their first language.

First of all, if you switch eBay to Classic View, you will see my eBay, sell, local language (english), bell and shopping cart icon at the top. If you switch language to English there, a mouse pointer appears so that you can select all the menus in account setting.

I would be happy if this method could help solve the problem.

I have the same problem. I have not been able to access my private account settings for several days now. Selling and buying work but the settings in my ebay do not work. I can't even click through to help with customer service. I appreciate any advice

You have a different problem, due to your location.

 

According to eBay, users in central Europe running into this issue should get in touch with eBay.

Or try contacting eBay via another country site such as ebay.co.uk or ebay.ie and request a chat with an agent.

 

Provide customer support your username and the following number which should allow eBay to identify the problem you are experiencing: ALERT13931.
