I had a buyer contact me, he left me positive feedback but the description he left is negative and meant for another item he bought from another seller. He asked that I send him a feedback revision request so he could change it. However, it appears I cannot send a feedback revision request because the feedback was positive.
I did respond to the feedback he left indicating the buyer was happy with my item and the description was a mistake.
Is there anything else I can do? Im tempted to just ignore it as the feedback itself is a positive mark, only the description he left is in error.

Postive FB can not be revised using a revision request.
If you call ebay and can convince a CSR the FB was for the wrong seller or wrong item it can be removed.
Have the CSR review the message fromyour buyer.

Ask the buyer to call eBay to request his comment be removed.

In future you may want to reconsider posting a follow up to a positive feedback. Buyers rarely read positives and you drew attention to it.

Ebay doesn't allow for a FB revision form to be sent for a positive FB. The only way to get if fixed is for your buyer to call Ebay.
