Cannot get help from ebay

I have 2 items that I have listed but when I look at my listings on my profile it says I do not have any items for sale. I even had a friend log in on her account and she cannot find my items anywhere. I have tried calling eBay but the number I used didn't work. I then tried to chat with someone and said that the chat wasn't working either. I just don't know what to do.

I can't read the other item number to save my life LOL

But if you replace the item# in the link, you can get to your other listing..

It looks like it's just taking a long time to finalize in the catalog and your account because the listings are there..

I think now we're on to the real reason people's sales are so bad.  Glitches like this.  OP can't even see her own listing, what's to say that half the country can't see mine?

As said, it's probably an issue with indexing or possibly even replicating to other servers.

If you don't see it tomorrow morning. It might help to change something in the listing such as the title or description maybe to help nudge it. Can always change it back right after.

This is the answer. Listings generally take longer to index with new sellers.

Even with established accounts, I've noticed that it's taking much longer (hours instead of minutes)  to index over the past few months.
