Cannot change payment method for some listings

On my ebay de store I can set up bank transfer only payment, but it does not work for all listings,some listings  have this option applied, others not, and on ebay com I cannot set any listing at all for bank transfer only,  I receive an error where I need to use paypal or credit card, and I am confused on why some listings at de did apply and some did not ( not a clear error either, all listings share same settings ), but for com listings I cannot add any one of them without having to use paypal or credit card, can someone help me set it up for bank transfer only without paypal or card?

Bank transfer/wire transfer is a common form of payment in Europe, and not expensive.  That is not true in the US.  It is something rarely used, thus a difference between .de and .com.  Though Bank Transfer is okay on some things on com, credit/debit card (Electronic Payment) is mandatory for US sellers.  Someone should be along shortly with more intimate knowledge the 'policy'.

On the US site, paypal is the only acceptable payment method........Thru them, buyers can use credit cards..

You might ask on the German board about those problems.

In the US, PayPal and Managed Payments seem to be fairly  aligned about accepting/allowing bank/wire transfer.
