Cannot add best offer to listing

Does Ebay have the system setup to where listings with multiple quantities and variations cannot have best offer as an option?

Yes. "Best offer" cannot be added to listings in the variations format.

Sorry but it's not possible to do.  You can allow best offer with multiple quantities and no variations.  But with variations, no.

Ok, well that kinda stinks. Can't think of a real good reason they disallow that as an option. They should really change that.

Because all variation listings aren't created equal.  While some variation listings will carry the same price across all the items available on that listings, some do not.  While for you it would work, for others it would not.  We don't all use these types of listings in the same way therefore this just isn't functional for this type of listing.
