Hi,
I have made a new shop after selling professionally on ebay for some time. I want to use the markdown sales.
When I make any markdown promotion I cannot add any items to it (I have only 2 listings).
In the item selection in the promotion manager I don't see any items, and when I try to add directly via an item id, the system adds an "empty" item. There is an item in the summary, but it it's not populated. No picture, no price, etc.
The items conform to the requirements. They are buyitnow, and the price hasn't been changed in more than a month
What might be an issue?
