Cannot Add or Rename a Store Category

For the past 3 days I have not been able to add or rename a store category.  I click on the Add or Rename button and nothing happens.  It appears that the links associated with these buttons are gone.  If you go to the screen where you add or rename categories, you will also see that the screen layout does not look right.

I called eBay last night and they were able to reproduce the issue.  I was told that they would report the issue.

I asked them how will I know when it would be fixed.  I was told to just keep checking.  Pretty poor support.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?
