Cancelling order after accepting a counter offer.

After accepting the buyers counter-offer they messaged me asking to cancel the order. The offer is in the pending tab saying it’s waiting for a payment to be made but I can’t find a way to cancel it?

Go to your orders and there should be an option to cancel it in the drop down menu next to the item.

Hi @aiden.det . When an accepted offer sits in the pending section, that item remains available for anybody to purchase until the buyer pays. If the buyer does not pay, the offer will eventually time out. As far as I'm aware, there's no way to cancel when the offer is in pending status awaiting payment. You just have to wait for it to time out - I think it's 48 hours but I'm not 100%. You should see a time remaining note on the pending offer.

FYI this is not on the seller's orders page under awaiting payment @kensgiftshop . This is one of those offers where the item remains available for anybody to purchase and the offer sits on the listing's offer management page in pending status until/unless the buyer pays. It's not converted to an order until payment is made.

I knew they stayed active until it was paid for, but I thought it showed up under orders waiting to be paid.

I've never done offers and don't much about them, but I know there's been a lot of changes with them lately.
