Cancelling an order

Hi y’all!

A buyer sent me a message that he wants to cancel an order

my question is, is it ok to cancel an order of buyer asked for? Will it harm me or reduce my traffic or affect my account?

another question: if a buyer did not ask me to cancel and I am cancelling an order for some reason, will it maybe affects my account or harm my account?

There is three reasons that eBay allows for cancelation.  One of them is buyer request.  Go to cancel order.  Reason customer request sale canceled.  Cancel it and you're fine.

If you cancel as out of stock/damaged that will hurt your account.

Sure you can cancel, just check customer would like to cancel. Ebay probably showed your item cheaper. In you listing at the bottom, ebay shows other sellers selling the same item. They have been doing this for years. I also shop on ebay and see this all the time.
