Cancelled an order by request of the buyer, the item is being shown as awaiting payment.

I'm maxed out on the amount of items I can list, and I can no longer relist this item, losing out on money for this month. What do I do?

Wait until to next to relist it? Request a selling limit increase?

So if an order is cancelled, it still counts towards my listing amounts?

Yes the cancelled transaction counts toward your monthly selling limit but you can still call customer service & see if they will either reset it or increase your limits. No guarantee they will do either one but it doesn’t hurt to ask 🙂

He's still interested in buying it, we just had a shipping problem so it had to be cancelled. Any way we can still complete the transaction despite being maxed out on the amount I can list?
