Cancelled Order Showing Ship Now - Past Due - Late Shipment

I cancelled an order and refunded the buyer 10 days ago and it is still showing up in my sold listings as need to ship. There is now a past due shipping notice on it.

Why is this happening and how do I clear this up?

Yes, this is a known problem Ebay is working on fixing.  It is annoying at best.

All you can do is get customer service involved and hope they fix it.

In all likelyhood they will make the problem far worse. And any negative defects or seller metric hits caused by this known glitch will not be fixed by ebay.

Call in the morning - there's more of a chance to get a US rep and they can look at it. I've had very good help this way.

It will remain as ship it now until the cancellation is fully done which can take 10 or 12 days. I and a buyer decided to cancel their purchase due to when item was due to get to them they would not be home.  Took 11 days for the  cancellation was totally done.  So the over due shipping should not bother your account. Tomorrow if you want you can contact ebay about it.

ebay has 2 status: paid and unpaid.

If a transaction is cancelled or refunded, it is unpaid.

If you don't want to see that, you can do this:

My ebay > SOLD > More actions > Hide order

This has been brought up in the WEDNESDAY CHATS with ebay staff, so they are aware of it.
