Recently I have had 3 cancellations in the past two weeks. All of them, the buyer purchased the item then sent over a cancellation request within 1 hour of purchasing. I accept the cancellation and refund the money. Then instead of it being closed ebay leave all 3 of them open in the resolution center, in limbo, saying that they are waiting for approval from the banking institution. Not sure what has happened here. I'm currently on my second CS person and am being told they can't give my final value fees back until it sits in the system for 10 days. Say what? So ebay can hold my money for 10 days or more for customers buying items and then cancelling them? This is ridiculous. Paypal transaction shows refunded immediatly. Anyone else having this problem? Then I'm spending lots of time on the phone calling them, more than one time, and they aren't doing anything about it.

There's real time and there's eBay time. Eventually it will get done without any need to do anything. Unless you need those FVF to buy lunch, I'd just let it go and get on to something productive.

So customer service isn't refunding my FVF's either as Tyler claimed they should. It's crazy how they can have such different variations of what is actually going on there. I took her name, she says she is a manager, and reference call number. Crazy how much time is wasted on ignorance and just not being aware of what is going on.
