Cancellation policy. Every bid I get is cancelled. I would like to know why this is happening.

I don't see that your items have ever gotten bids. What am I missing?

Are buyers retracting their bids while your auction is running? 

Or

Are winning bidders asking to cancel when the auction is over? 

Or 

Is eBay cancelling your sale (or bids) due to problem with a buyer? 

A bit more information is needed to give you suggestions.  Some will recommend (as you seem to be a low feedback returning seller) to list your items fixed price with immediate payment required and dispense with the Best Offer feature for a while.  That way your listings remain active until someone actually pays for the product.

It is happening because you use auctions instead of "but it now" (BIN) listings.  Do you due diligence as to value and list your items as a BIN and if it does not sell then begin by sending offers to watchers and then if no sales lower the price and rinse and repeat.

I don't see any of your current auctions [2] as having a bid cancelled.  And the one you sold it appears the buyer of that one is no longer a register user, so they likely did not pay you and maybe Ebay cancelled that one for you.
