What is the best correct way to cancel a sale the buyer said was an accident? Do they have to request it or do I just cancel the order? Im asking because I do not want to get dinged for doing it the wrong way. Any replies are appreciated.

Go to ORDERS (click on CANCEL ORDER) and select reason "buyer requested cancellation". You will not get a penalty.
