Yep, that's what he said. Bought a $35.00 item that cost over $20.00 to ship and now realizes he made a mistake because he was tired.
I have said he could return it, but will my refund, if it ever arrives, include the shipping cost, or just the item cost? I don't know what "Full Refund" means?
I can understand ordering something by mistake, but not knowing for 15 days?

This is unfortunate, but I can't see the listing so I have no idea what returns policy was used, also whether a return is open and what the reason behind that would've been... I hereby assume this has so far just been messages, also are you in Canada yourself or was this a US-Canada order?

It's a Buyer Remorse situation.
"I regret that you are unhappy with your purchase. Please return it for refund."
Don't mention Disputes and don't mention that he pays for the return.
"I regret that you are unhappy with your purchase. Please return it for refund."
When he sees what it will cost him to return it (Canada Post shipping is much higher than USPS and then has a fuel surcharge and a 5% federal tax on top) he made decide he will keep it.
"I regret that you are unhappy with your purchase. Please return it for refund."
Or he may go after a Not As Described.
"I regret that you are unhappy with your purchase. Please return it for refund."

You can knock 20% off those prices for exchange, but the prices are still high.

It's worse than I thought.
I am in Florida.
Seems, he has not received it yet and tracking confirms that, but it is not lost as of 2 October.
It is quite a world traveler and I don't know that it has left the US yet.

If customers opens "buyers remorse" case (you only have to refund purchase price). If customer opens ""not as described, defective, counterfeit" (you have to refund purchase price) plus shipping BOTH ways. If customer opens "did not receive item" case (you have to refund purchase price) plus shipping.

Ask the buyer to please keep the item and be happy, coz you are just too tired to deal with it LOL

I am not familiar with DHL's shipping policy or process but if this was USPS the buyer could simply refuse the shipment and it would be returned to the sender.
