You and most of Sri Lanka are trying to sell leaves, coconut shells, teas or spices which we can get at any store.

Sell items people want and not the same things as everyone in your country are trying to sell.

Check prices on EBAY and see what your competitors are charging.   Lower your prices and that will increase sales.

You are selling leaves on Ebay...which are prohibited.  You are selling things that people can pick up in their back yards for free for $12.49.  Don't be surprised if ebay ends your listings due to you violating their policies as well as customs.  Read this link:

You would be best off selling things that do not violate Ebay's policies or the law.

You are trying to sell a restricted item that cannot be imported to the United States that you also have 1000 competitors for many of which are selling them for pennies. These listings are removed and the sellers often lose their selling accounts as soon as an actual person at ebay sees the listings. You also can't make false health claims about products, nor add text to photos.

As well as the slightly confusing error in your title,  the word is "sales". "Sell" is a verb, an action word, while "sale" is a noun, a naming word.
