Can you actually get big ticket items such as electric scooters off eBay? I know eBay offers them as an item for sale, But I have ordered 4 electric scooters and so far eBay is 0-4 on actually getting them to me. Each time the scooter got delivered to some unknown address in another state or some made up address in my state which then gets the item sent back to sender! It's very frustrating and disappointing

No, but you can buy stuff like that from sellers on eBay.
But,if it was me, I would get my electric scooter locally.

If you want to purchase a big ticket item on eBay, you may want to limit your purchases to items from experienced sellers that have received recent and past positive feedback for similar big ticket sales, and avoid new or inexperienced sellers, or sellers that only have feedback as buyers or for selling inexpensive items.

I would never buy a large or expensive item online from anyone - not from Ebay, not from Walmart, not from Target, not from Best Buy, not from anyone online. I want to see what I'm buying. I'd rather spend more to know what I'm getting, know that it's going to work, know that if it doesn't work I can bring it back and know that I can take it home right away instead of crossing my fingers hoping it arrives to me in one piece and not damaged.

Are you in California?

Most likely you purchased from a drop shipper who doesn't know what they're doing. Tagging on with others, big ticket items like that are better purchased elsewhere. Ebay is flooded with drop shippers and most have issues with their accounts when it comes to customer service, etc. They don't last long either. If you don't receive your orders by arrival date the seller provided for you, you can file a INR and get your money back:

Sorry for your experience.

They were never delivered because they probably never existed in the first place.

Buy this in person. Be aware that many of these electronic scooters and bikes have cheap batteries that may cause a fire and burn down your home. So this is another reason why you need to buy this in person and make sure that the battery is not a cheap one. The battery must be the correct size too. There have been many fires in NYC where someone simply plugged in their battery for their scooter or electric bike and it caused a fire that led to lives being lost. BUY IT IN PERSON. And never charge this device overnight unless somebody home will stay up all night watching to make sure that the battery does not overheat, explode and cause a fire!

can you define your definition of an escooter?
Are you talking the two-wheel toy that you can buy anywhere near you or a scooter for the disabled that should be covered by your insurance / disability status.
not sure the two-wheel scooters are considered a big ticket. I have not seen anyone around me riding one in over 4+ years easy.
