You are in Sri Lanka......where else are you wanting to "ship" from?  Are you talking about additional drop-shipping locations?

If you are considering drop shipping, please reconsider.  It's not a good business plan.  You do not have the items in your possession and are taking a risk for many buyer problems that usually wind up with a suspension. Sell from Sri Lanka and make sure the items are located in Sri Lanka.  Good luck.

Yes, you can use different item locations for different listings. 

No, I do not think there is any way to add multiple item locations to the same listing.
