We can't process your request because buyer has already paid for this invoice, or the item is no longer available for checkout after 30 days since last created.

I've seen that. The buyer paid, but it takes a while to process, so the item shows as not paid yet.

Nevermind. The payment must have been automatic and in progress.

Does not matter if BO, BIN or Auction, eBay sends an invoice to the buyers. If they don't pay by day 4, on day 5 cancel for non payment. Buyer gets a strike on their account. 2 of those, most sellers have their account set so 2 non payments in 12 months, the buyer is blocked from buying.
