Can't seem to access eBay for business on Facebook.

This is my first ever post here so don't know where exactly to post.

I've been a seller for the past year, sold over 300 items and made over $4000 in sales. Have had 100% positive feedback and have had about 3 cases of refunds over the year.

Got a MC011 restriction about a month ago. Provided all of the required documents and proof of identity and delivery as asked but eBay still has my selling privileges restricted and buying works fine. 

I was told to take my case to the eBay for business page on Facebook but when I try to access the page, it gives an error saying "The content of this page are not available right now. This might be because the owner of this page has only shared this content to a specific group of people." 

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

Is this the one you were using?  The message you got is typically indicative of a F.Book issue.

Always use the blue message button at the top of the page.

The eBay business page was merged with the main eBay core page, If you search "eBay" it should be the only site available now. This helped streamline everything in one place. 

For the MC011 - You always want to make sure that you fulfill any requests, and then reply to the MC011 message THROUGH YOUR EBAY MESSAGES. If this doesn't work, then try through your personal email as a secondary.
