Can't search for sold or completed listings

This has been going on for over a month now.I contacted ebay who said they would report this and someone would email me back in a few days, that NEVER happened. I can't look for sold items to gauge what price things sold for so I know how much to list them for. Using Chrome, I tried re-booting 100X, I tried signing in and back out, I tried updating chrome. This is 100% an ebay problem that they are ignoring I guess. Any help appreciated.

I can see your sold and completed items. And when I check completed and sold in any category I can pull up those items

On all of ebay. Not how much my listings sold for, I can see those listings on my account.

I have tired that. It works on safari sometimes not on chrome. I want to use chrome like I have been for 15 years. I can't be the only person this is happening too.

I use chrome with no issues. You are talking about other sellers sold items, not yours, right? Are you doing Filter>Sold?

What does happen when you do a search and then click on the sold items filter on the left side? Does it just stay on active listings? Or?

Yes, so I know how to price my items I check the sold for the same items by other sellers. I put the item I'm looking at in the search at the top then filter buy sold on the left hand column on the screen. It hangs, then I get error codes saying ebay is not responding and hang then crashes. This happens on my desktop and laptop.

It could be an issue with your network provider. There are dozens if not hundreds of moving parts between your browser and eBay's server that are not under eBay's control.

Locks up says at bottom: waiting for a secure connection, then waiting for www.ebay.com  to respond, then page not responding then the wait or close option comes up sometimes.

Are you using an ad blocker? If so, try temporarily disabling it and see if that allows you to search and get results.
