Can’t revise or add photos with a bid & specifics

Hi,

  I have a couple of listings up and per request of potential buyers to add additional photos and information. Both of these listings have bids. When I click the revise button I get an error message saying I must fill in specifics/search. However, I am unable to do this as the listing already has a bid. At the same time I get the message from eBay that I cannot revise until I fill in specifics. Another message saying I cannot revise while it has a bid. I can’t find a workaround for this. Am I missing something here or is this a glitch? I would just like to add some photos. Anyone have ideas? Thank you in advance.

Revisions usually can't be done if the item already has a bid.

You could send the potential buyer photos through messages.

It depends on the length of time left in the auction and whether there have been bids. You'll have to expand the "+" to see the verbiage under "Auction-style listings" for your auction's circumstances.

Revise a listing 

Send them the photos via eBay messaging, which is how they contacted you to ask for the photos, right? In other words, don't send them via text or email or in any way other than the official eBay messaging system.
