Can't relist item. When I click relist, it just waits forever.

My sale was cancelled due to a scam user. I tried to relist the order but when I click "relist" it just spins and spins forever. It won't relist. What's going on?

There is a known problem about clicking relist when you receive an email notification. Better to just go to your site and relist from there. I'm not sure when it will be fixed.

How do I go to "My site"?

I clicked on "relist" link on the site - not from an email. It's still doing this 😞 any ideas?

OK go to your virus protection icon and turn off your virus protection and try and relist your item. I'll sit here and wait until you return if it works turn your virus protection back on and come back here if it doesn't turn your virus protection back on and come back and we'll try something else...

Hmm, I don't think it has to do with virus protection. I tried on multiple computers and different browsers.

@bubbleman2010, @jakjun-7  I would first try to Relist another item to see if the problem is limited to the cancelled item or not.  Relisting another one successfully "might" clear out whatever is blocking the Cancelled transaction.  If you determine it is JUST the cancelled transaction then perhaps Deleting it from the Unsold file and then going to the Deleted file and try re-activating it.  I reactivated some listings early on when I accidently deleted them ...

Unfortunately this is my only item. I tried deleting and undeleting but that didn't work either. Can't even cancel order or 'resolve issues' due to "Our System is down right now" error. I guess I just have to list it again...
