Recently I have had 2 buyers that have sent offers and I excepted. The first was unable to pay. Every time she tried she received a message stating that the seller is not accepting payments at this time. The second item is still marked as unpaid but I received a message from the buyer asking if I have shipped the item yet.
Today I was putting new listings into my store (I have a store subscription), and ai noticed that I can not change the handling time and I cannot require immediate pay. Both have lock symbols next to them. So I checked and immediate pay is removed and locked in all of my active listings also. And handling time has been changed to 1 day instead of 2 and locked.
why would this be happening to my listings and why can’t some buyers pay for their items they purchase from me but other can?

Having same issue with handling time and request immediate payment. Both locked. Shipping format has totally changed too. Hope someone can provide answers. I tried but couldn’t post question about this. Lots of issues.

I have the same problem, I also cant list an auction, Because even though I have the immediate payment button unchecked it is telling me I have to put a but it now price.

Also, It is making “ priority mail” default shipping for items that are less than 16 ounces that I normally ship first class.
My handling time is locked and Buy it now immediate payment is locked.

On mobile app Ebay not recognizing my PayPal buyer payment option. Can’t finish a listing on mobile app. Have to switch to PC to add package and shipping service. Then it’s fine to list the item.
