Can't list the first item

When I list the 1st item, it requests higher selling limits. It shows an option called verify through costumer support. And then it says,

"Unfortunately, you're not currently eligible for a selling limit increase. You may need to build up your selling history or wait until your current monthly limit is reset before you can request another increase to your selling limits."

How can I build my selling history without listing an item?

Re: Can't list the first item

Your item price cannot exceed your selling limits. Those limits are outlined in your Seller Hub. What is the price on your item? What are your limits? See policy info below.

You can list an item, you just need to list it within the parameters you are given.

Re: Can't list the first item

What I would recommend is listing a few inexpensive items.

I am not sure what you are trying to list that is out of bounds, but unfortunately some use this platform to list high dollar items simply to scam buyers.

You can ask for a limit increase after selling a few lower priced items with completed transactions.

Good luck!
