Can't list or update listings

Anyone else? Tried in more than one browser, just does the spinny thing indefinitely after pressing done in either list or revise.

I've been having the exact problem as all of you here 07-17-17, and 18!  Sales have been excruciating down for the last 3 months, and with intermittent problems, but this is the worst I've seen.  I'm seriously considering shutting down my account and go to my account at Etsy or somewhere else!!

That makes 2 of us my friend.  I pay these thieves over 800.00 per month and this is what I get for my money.  Their tech people are just like egg-heads everywhere.  They sit at their desks all day with their hands in their pants looking at pornography.  When a problem arises (and it always does), nobody in the room has any idea how to fix it.  They all went to the same school, University of Ignorance.

Same problem here. Tried all browsers. Cannot revise nor list. Continuous spinning timewheel. Some items no longer available and tried to remove from inventory in multi-variation listings, yet cannot do that since cannot revise. Wonder whether Ebay should be held responsible if someone comes in and buys an item no longer available while this problem persists!

Problem is still occurring this morning, 7/18.  Can't relist, sell similar, or even just save the draft...just get the spinning, spinning, and spinning wheel.  Customer support is not available right now but when I do get through to them, they better NOT tell me there's no problem on their end or no one else has complained!!!

FIX THIS EBAY!

Relist is okay in CHROME.  

Sell Similar is not working on Chrome OR IE

Not just you at ALL.

It doesn't even work if you change nothing. No picture change, no title no price. So that isn't it.

I think we are due some sort of compensation, I've been unable to list, relist, and modify for over 24 hours now.  Several years back I disconnected my credit card from my E-Bay account, my monthly amount due is drawn from my PayPal account.  I've often thought about draining my PayPal account so there is no $$ in my account on the day that E-Bay takes what they feel is "rightfully theirs" for the "service" they've provided us.  This may be the month.  Wonder how they'd feel about being told that they'll be paid in 48 hours.

I am still having problems as of 8:37 am ET, July 18. Annoying and very poor for this to be happening for over 24 hours.

Just spent the last HOUR on the phone with eBay.  At first they said I had reached my "selling limit" for the month (which I should be no where near since it's not that busy a month) so they transferred me to the department handling that.  She raised my limit and it still didn't fix the problem.  Then she transferred me to another help desk and this guy was able to fix the problem by changing me back to the old 2-page selling format...no more spinning wheels!

Using Chrome and I can't relist, list, or sell similar. Just sits and spins!

What a rip off, paying $300 a month for a service that does not even work! Ebay doesn't seem too concerned. After 2 phone calls they just made me go back to the old listing tool. So much for progress or accountablilty. Funny thing is that then eBay thinks I should like them? Seriously?

I have the same problem listing on my computer.  I used my iphone and it posted correctly.

The issue appears to be confined to the USA site.  When I listed items on the German site, for sale in Europe, there were no problems.  For fun, I tried to use German eBay to list on the American site.  NO LUCK!!  According to a USA eBay rep, their tech support is aware of the issue.
