Can't list new items because eBay mess up all the Shipping Business Policies

New merchandise has finally arrived!! I took the photos and maade the auction draft, but before the end I realized that eBay messed up all their trade shipping policies. Now you cannot edit, change or do anything other than change the name of the policies. And worst of all, eBay changed the active item policies without my consent or knowledge!

They don't really help sellers, but they are working hard for Amazon!

Anyone with the same trouble?
Support say they know the limitations of the system but they can't do nothing

Where are you trying to make the policy change?  I just edited mine from the business policy management page with no problem.

Please do not spread lies.  Amazon and Ebay are completely different companies.    I actually turned off all policies and life is simpler now.

Same link, here they changed my policies of almost all active items

When I try to list a new item I select one policy but eBay save the auction with another policy

Do you have a bunch of unused policies that can be purged.  If so, clear them out.

So you are saying you select a policy in the listing and then a different one is inserted when you post the listing?  If so, if you go to the listing and edit it there, will it stay corrected?

I do drafts and I can change shipping policies. I can change anything now from listed last year. 

I actually have a few simple drafts..download all photos and change shipping to anything I want.

And yes, I have to go into each one and change it but I can do it. Amazon has a ton of people who do it who do nothing but makes changes all day on items for sale.

You are selling duplicates which can make it more difficult to change shipping...and shipping is currently changing for everyone at this time including Amazon.

One has to realize this is a business...especially for you selling duplicate items...and as such you have to address issues every day especially during everyone making changes in shipping.

Sellers that get mad at Ebay, even at times when Ebay isn't at fault, will say just about anything.  Truth doesn't really matter.

I'm having problems too with the new system where we have to set up shipping policies. I wish they'd go back to the old way where we just put in package dimensions and weight and then choose from a list of services. The old way also gave the options on whether we pay or the buyer and flat rate or by weight.

I also cannot find how to change one of my listings to free shipping. I'm guessing I'm going to have to create a a whole new policy yet again. 😞
