Can't list item, warning message appears at top of draft when trying to submit.

What does this mean, it appeared at the top of my draft that I was trying to list?  Other items, like mine are listed  by non authorized sellers.

"It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

• Because this item is susceptible to price gouging, it may be sold only by authorized sellers. Do not relist this item."

It means you cannot list that item on eBay. 

There's no way you can determine whether another seller is authorized or "non authorized."

If you're getting that message, it ultimately doesn't matter whether anyone else is listing the same item(s). 

You could find another venue on which to sell the item(s), or you could donate them to a local charity for people who may be in need, or you could give them as gifts to friends and/or relatives.

There's just no way you're going to be able to list them on eBay. Period.

That means you cannot list it here. 

It is not a good practice to base listing decisions on what other sellers are doing, rather than follow written policy instead.
