Can’t list an item

Every time I try to list an item, I get a screen that says: 

"We've encountered an issue on our end. Thanks for your patience"

...with a try again button that doesn’t do anything. Any suggestions? It has been 2 days in a row with this and with multiple listings.

Have you signed up for managed payments? Is the location of your ID actually your location?  If you haven't signed on for managed payments, there is no more Paypal for sellers.  You need to go to this link and update your account :

Can’t list an item

Thanks for the advice! 

When I click on “update account details” it’s giving me the same message. I updated my payment and payed a balance that was on there. I’m not sure how to see what the location of my ID is though.
