Can't leave feedback for a buyer

Is anyone else having trouble leaving feedback? I am thinking it's a glitch, but I've tried numerous times in the last 5 hours or so, and its been the same. The leave feedback page opens up, but when you hit the long blue bar that says "positive" the text box doesn't open up. Weird.

BTW, No, I have not already left feedback for them.

same issue so did it another way just go to there page press see all feed back than go to bottom  linksand press  leave fee back a screen will show up of all  your sold item that u havent left feedback just pick th  one ou want it it works  there until they fix the easyer way

another way just click on your feed back and go to end of page and click leave feed back   you will see all   item that u havent left  feed back hope that help u
