Can't get rid of Ebay extended delivery time frame notification in listings

I've tried setting the shipping type to three different ones, all with approx. 1 week timeframes.  I'm still seeing 4-6 week extended delivery time notifications in my listings.  Why?  thanks.  I'm in Canada, it doesn't impact all listings, just some.

Huh, and I am seeing next day delivery when I have a 3 day shipping and going to a 3 day priority mail zone.

I will say......you seem to be using economy rate to US.........but on two listings I checked there is no dollar amount about other international shipping......I tried to GB and somewhere else. 

You do have a handling time of 3 days so that's going to add on to the shipping time.

The listings that I looked at show you are using economy shipping from outside the US  which definitely has a longer delivery time than a week.  I usually use standard shipping from outside the US which doesn’t give an extended delivery time warning.
