Hi, hopefully I'm not the only one getting frustrated by this here, but now that eBay's gone and drastically revamped the item listing form (quite ugly now I might add), I cannot find under the shipping options the location exclusion list, and this is very worrying & angrily frustrating for me because there are regions I don't wish to ship certain items to, and I DON'T want to have to go and set up one of those complicated "seller policy" things which I found to be a pain in the ass last time I attempted that. I want to keep doing it the simpler way as I had been before.
Anyone know where to find that shipping location exclusion list in the form now??

Go to your "Shipping policy" page.
Click "Edit" on your default Shipping policy that applied on your listings.
At the page bottom, click "Edit exclusion list", choose countries that you exclude.

What part of 'I do not not want to bother with a shipping policy' did you not understand? Sorry, but it really annoys me when people like you do not actually read what I've said. Already have to deal with that kind of nonsense from customers at my day to day job as it is. Those 'business' policy forms are a pain in the ass and I had to re-do my payout option as an unintended result the last time I tried to set that up and ended up reverting back to sticking with manually doing it via each listing.
In any case, nevermind, I got a response from @Askebay on Twitter, they've pointed me to the dropdown box below "Handling time," now I see it there. VERY easy to miss at first glance.
