Hi there. I’ve been an experienced eBay seller and I’m running into a new issue that I can’t figure out.
Nowhere on my listings, does it give me an option to change the handling time.
The option is not there when I do it on my phone. OK so I go over to my computer and attempt from there and it’s not available there either. It’s not even like “grayed out“ it’s just not there to add it as an option, either in a quick at it or when I try and do a bulk edit.
Is anyone else running into this problem recently or is there something else going on and It’s just me? Thank you.

Have you tried go into business policies and then go to shipping policies and try to change it there?
I've encountering all sorts of technical glitches since Saturday, more so than usual. Seems like another one to add to the list.

If you are using business policies I think that you have to change it there. Otherwise, it is in bulk edit under the ‘Delivery’ heading. You might not have scrolled down enough.

Besides using the bulk editor in the selling hub to change your listings, you should be able to uptate the handling time within the listing. When you try to edit your listing, just scroll down to the Preferences field, click the pencil to edit, then update the handling time.
Good luck!!

thank you for your reply.
Yes, correct normally would be“delivery“
However, it’s not there..
all that is there is “package details“ and “shipping policies“
And forever I would be able to do it on each individual listing for my phone under quick at it.
even until recently, it was a column in bulk edit that I could just do individually there, too.
Now it is nowhere to be found.
I am digging everywhere to try and find what eBay did with it.
I’m just trying to find out if I’m having some problem just on my end or if it’s across the board with everybody.
Thank you.

I got the same issue. This is due to you created shipping policy for your items. If you don't need those shipping policy and you want to offer your own price for any items, you need to delete your all shipping policy. So, what you should to do:
1. Go you your accaunt settings;
2. Businnes policies;
3. And than "Opt out";
4. Opt out for now.
That it.
