Can't attach product images to messages, Anyone eles?

Buyer asked for more images I try to send them but I get the error:

Server error, please remove and try again

I tried all the browsers  and I get the same thing.

It is just a jpg not anything big deal. I send photos all the time.

One thing you can try is to go into your Account> Communication Preferences and be sure your Delivery Options are set to Include Graphics.  And, maybe suggest the buyer do the same.  Not sure if that will help or not but it may.

Can you just add the pictures to the listing for all to see?

This happened to me and I ended up changing the file type to .png and it went through.  Go figure.

I am having issues with sending anyone photos.

I have to send to a seller proof of wrong item sent.

I sent him one yesterday but today it wont let me

Same problem here for the last 3 days. Wanted to send an image to a customer of her shipping label for her forwarder and another image of tracking for someone who couldn't "see" it completely.

Nothing is going through - either using Firefox or Chrome; jpg or png

Same problem here.  I called eBay yesterday and they said they'd create a ticket.  It is very frustrating this has been an issue for so long.

Try composing a new message rather than using a reply.

Go to the user's profile or feedback page and use the "contact" link there. If you are prompted for an item numbers, select "not about an item". Attach your photo to the new message.

You send photos? That makes ONE of us. I can't send one goddamn photo no matter what, no matter where. I send them from my email account and the person DOESN'T GET THEM HERE ON EBAY even though I sent them.

I'm also getting completely **bleep** off when people say "just do blah, blah, blah." Yes, I ALREADY TRIED BLAH, BLAH, BLAH AND IT DOESN'T WORK! These patronizing answers make me want to reach out and punch someone
