Hi. Recently I sold a DVD to a buyer, and then PayPal sent me a message telling me a dispute was opened due to "Unauthorized Access" and not to ship the DVD. I knew there was nothing wrong on my end, and tried to contact the buyer twice, but they never responded. I answered PayPal that there was no problem on my end, and that I was just waiting for their response as to what to do. After two weeks they told me they decided to refund the buyer's money. I thought that was the end of it, but now the buyer left me negative feedback saying I never shipped the item and never contacted them. They did admit the money was refunded.
I know, in the past, a seller was able to respond to feedback, but I see no way to do it. Is it still possible to respond to feedback so I can state my case to anyone looking at my reviews? Thanks.

Don't respond to the feedback, call ebay and get it removed. As long as you have proof that Paypal said not to ship, ebay will remove the negative feedback. Your buyer is obviously playing games to begin with for the simple fact they never responded to your messages.

I really agree!
Responding to feedback is useless anyway. You respond then he/she responds and its gets bigger and bigger and looks awful compare to one line..
Just get it removed. It shouldn't be there in the first place. You should be covered. They can also see your private msgs and know buyer isn't telling the truth as you did msg him/her.

Yep! Why start an argument with a buyer who obviously isn't reasonable to begin with, it makes no sense. I've had this same situation happen to me in the past, and ebay has always removed the negatives.
Like its the sellers fault the buyer's payment method didn't go through. A lot of scamming garbage buyers on ebay too. I've had people click buy it now, never make payment, then ask why their item hasn't been shipped. Like we're dumb enough to fall for that nonsense.

I see you found you way to leave a comment. It would have been better without it. You draw even more attention to a neg when you put a comment on it.
Others have suggested it and I'll throw my two cents worth in as well. You should really call eBay, explain the problem and see if you can get the FB removed. That is what will make your FB look better. Get it removed.

It does stand out more, the more responses there are. Some feel that they need to tell their side of the story, though. And of course it is best, if you must respond, to leave a professional response so you don't turn off future potential buyers.

Awesome! You definitely deserved to have it removed, great to hear.
