Can someone tell me how to title this?

Bought this on a middle east trip, that had to have it but never used thing.  It is for the bath, has a pocket at the bottom that is plastic lined.   I have no idea what title to put in the listing.  Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.

I'd have to call it a washcloth organizer. (Maybe the pouch holds soap?) I don't know why you'd have to have it either.

What are those 6 cream-colored thingies?  Are they folded, removable washcloths or towels?

Could shampoo/lotion bottles replace all (or some of) the cloths?

Is the whole thing waterproof?

Nope, does not roll up but appreciate the suggestions which were better than my blank brain.  I can mix and match the answers.  This is the first time in the 4 years I've had it I actually decided to open it.

House, only the bottom pocket is plastic lined.   Yes, they are towels but might not be a bad idea to suggest other uses for it as you mentioned.  The towels are handmade and far delicate I would think for even a guest bath, the towels would have to be hand washed.

Good for sensitive skin? Advertise for beauty / face? That's a big target audience.
