Can someone please tell me where to go in eBay to paste the PayPal Credit Banner.

I have talked to eBay at least 7 times for info on this and no one seems to know what I'm talking about. I talk to PayPal and they tell me I have to talk to eBay for info on size and where to paste.

PayPal Credit is not something a seller posts or even initiates.  It's between the buyer and PayPal.  

The seller's view of a listing is different from what buyers see.  If you sign out of your account and then look at one of your own listings, you'll see that they already have the PayPal credit option.

The buyers have to apply for the credit through Pay Pal.
