Can someone please give me a contact for Managed Payments?!

I’ve uploaded numerous bank statements, screen shots, my ID, and I keep getting the same NO Reply email saying they can’t verify me!!!!!

 

I’ve had the business checking account for a year with hundreds of transactions and expenses from vendors!  For half the year Ebay made payments, and then suddenly I had to “verify”…..

 

I’ve spoken to someone on the phone for an hour who didn’t have a clue, I email them in Twitter and they also don’t have a clue.  They keep saying the same thing…send in the documents… Im like, I have…please simply put me in touch with the department so someone with a clue can actually provide me an explanation!!!!  But I just keep getting rerouted to customer service or the “no reply” email.  

Meanwhile I have a few thousand that is just sitting and says has to sit for 1MONTH for each transaction that comes through!!!….  Clearly, I need to go to the CFPB and let them know Ebay is floating my money for a month illegally and not providing transparency as to why, but does anyone have a direct line to this department?! I seriously am going nuts at this S-show!  This is what being a 100% seller since 2009 gets you… It’s a joke.

You mean the chat or call options?  If so, already been down that road 3 times, and nobody will route me to an actual person in Managed Payments.  They all just go through the same drill - “send in the necessary documents”.  When I tell them I have, they say Managed Payments will review.  I then get a No Reply email saying the statement is not able to verify my account - yet it clearly states the bank account information and my name - which ties out to the my Drivers License and Bank account associated to my Ebay account where 2 deposits were done at the beginning of the year and actual payments deposited for 6 months….  It makes zero sense why I’m not Verified and that’s why I need to speak to someone directly in that EXACT DEPARTMENT.

Are you saying that you signed up for "Managed Payments" in the past and they did the micro deposits and have sent payouts to you in the last 6 months?

If so, did you change anything when you sent in the request for this round of "verification"?

That could be the problem.  If not, then yeah......they are holding onto your money for no apparent reason and I doubt you will ever get in contact with someone who knows how to help.

Correct.  Got on Managed Payments beginning of the year.  They went through the whole approval process, and deposits from sales where happening daily and then it stops.  I get the notice the bank needs to be “Verified”….yet it was working fine for months.  It makes zero sense, but all I know is that this is wrong.  You can’t send someone their money and then one day just stop, and say, “you will have to wait 1 month to receive your payouts because you are not verified”.  Absolutely NOTHING changed on my end.  No bank change, no sales issues, no product change…nothing.

I know you said nothing changed, but since Jan 1/ 2022 you are now required to give eBay your full SSN rather than just the last 4 digits you may have entered when you signed up 6 months ago.

 

This is for tax reporting purposes and is required by the IRS

At one time in the past the only way to contact them on these exact issues was to call normal customer support and ask immediately to be transferred to the Managed Payments Team. Don't even let normal customer service waste their time trying to figure out your problem, as they can't. That always worked then but may not now.

Oh they have that…..  have had it since like you said January….  I double checked though just to make sure.
