I noticed that when an order is delivered, the ability for the seller to leave feedback (the little icon) is gone, missing. I used to give a positive mark for the deliveries. But now ONLY the buyer can leave feedback. And most of my buyers have no left feedback.
WTH Ebay? I'm not going to leave feedback anymore. It's useless.

I leave feedback for buyers first all the time.
Go to Orders -> All Orders. Click the vertical ellipsis menu next to View order Details
Should be able to leave feedback from the menu that appears. Or it did work when I used it last.

I have the ability to leave feedback. Where it really stinks is that eBay doesn’t have any visual cues to tell you who the buyer was. I absolutely hate the idea of leaving positive feedback for buyers who cancel after purchase and this is a regular occurrence. It keeps pushing me to leave them feedback(positive).

As you are no doubt aware, FB is entirely optional/voluntary for both buyers and sellers.
For that reason, you can safely ignore any "pushing" to leave FB on eBay's part.
If a transaction is cancelled, the ability to leave FB usually disappears also.
No cues as to who the buyer was? I do not understand that part of your message.

OHHHH they moved it. Thanks.

eBay has a new policy unspoken but confirmed over the phone. Sellers are no longer able to leave negative feedback no matter what the situation. Its a buyers market now.
I had a return. My fault only as they were a buyer with no history. They returned a item with the lie that the item was not as described. Even though it was confirmed by eBay I was in the right. Didn't matter. On top of that eBay charged me twice the amount for return shipping. Grrr

This is not a new policy. Sellers have not been able to leave negatives for buyers since 2008. I guess you missed the announcement.
"They returned a item with the lie that the item was not as described. "
Buyers lie all the time. Sellers can refuse to accept a return for a remorse reason (does not fit, does not like, changed mind) so buyers lie and say the item is not as described so that the seller will have to take the return and pay for the shipping to get it back.

If you go with automatic feedback, you have the option of not giving that feedback until after buyer has paid and you have shipped the item. Then, the only feedback requests that you will receive are for items that haven’t even shipped. Then, you can ignore those. Or write something positive but snarky.

It certainly is not "unspoken", either. People have been complaining about for 17 years! 😅

There’s obviously a disconnect happening here. The vast majority of people, myself included use the iOS apps on the iPhone and iPad. Once you leave one feedback for a buyer you do know, you are shown an empty page with no info other than the transactions you haven’t left feedback for.
You can’t see who the buyer is nor can you see any transaction info. You can’t toggle in and out of that page either, so you can’t look at the previous page with the buyers info without starting back in the page showing your recent sales. You end up leaving positive feedback for buyers who cancelled their transaction. And that seems to be part of the design.
Leaving feedback one by one is too time consuming, so I like to crank them out in order. The problem is those cancelled transactions end up littering the feedback page and it’s easy to get lost leaving feedback especially when selling multiples of the same items.

Or it did work when I used it last.
Which for me was about 15 minutes ago.
