You are in Sri Lanka you have NEVER been able to use PayPal for selling. As for the rest of the world it depends for the US the answer would be NO. As eBay converts the rest of the world to MP those sellers will also be unable to use PayPal for selling.

No. You have to sign up for managed payments. Buyers can still use paypal.

@all_in_one PayPal is still available for buyers, sellers use Adyen or Payoneer for their processor.

NO!
But you can use it for buying.
To sell you have to use Managed Payments for payment processing.
This requires a checking account in your own country.
The account can be in your own currency or American dollars. (Possibly others, my experience is based on the situation for Canadians.)
You can list on any eBay site worldwide, but payment will always be transferred to that checking account in that currency, so think about foreign exchange.

Buyers can pay using Pay-Pal, but seller receive payment via Manage Pay now. You can set up to pay shipping, from pending funds or Pay-Pal.

Very creative...😊

Us sellers don't use payoneer...you need to reach out to them on your own. You won't get much help here. Good luck.

You can not use it for receiving payment in Sri Lanka, you need to sign up for Payoneer.

Hi @all_in_one ,
You've posted about pictures and this one on PayPal ... below is a link you may find helpful regarding linking a Payoneer account to your eBay account.
https://export.ebay.com/en/fees-and-payments/payments/managed-payments-guide-payoneer/
While PayPal may be part of the process you can not create an eBay account and directly link it to PayPal for receiving payments as a Seller.
Best wishes to you as you move through the process of becoming a Seller on eBay.
Regards,
Mr. L

When you create a listing you do not have to specify a payment method. eBay will insert in the listing the payment methods a buyer can pay with. When their payment clears eBay the proceeds will be available to you via Payoneer. You can withdraw the money to your checking account or use a Payoneer Card to withdraw funds from an ATM, or use the card in stores or places wherever Mastercard is accepted.

Paypal has never been legal to be used in Sri Lanka for selling - so probably would not shout this out to everybody

It depends what ebay allows in your part of the world.
If you lived in the US, the answer is NO.

Why are you wasting people's time with your silly questions and fonts? Do your parents know that you are using their computer?
