I'm having this problem too. I go to list or relist an item, and can't do it. Very frustrating because if I can't list, I can't sell. If I can't sell, how does eBay make their money?

Per eBay, this is a known site issue, they are working on the fix, and hopefully it will be in today. It's impacting the listing, revising, relisting, and sell similar functions.

I reported this at 9am YESTERDAY.  They did nothing.  Don't even acknowledge KNOWING

about it until last night.
